For those waiting, the rental page should be back up. 2020 has about pushed me to the limit with my time and capability of posting Timeshare for Rent & Sale. It has become almost impossible to keep up with the number of request, changes etc for rentals. I’m not doing my part because there are not enough hours in my life. Many member’s are not doing their part by not providing the correct information, pricing, not responding to emails and notifying me when units rents. When a Member doesn’t respond, I get the next email. This creates a lot of frustration and disorganization for all of us.
I am taking Sales down permanently. If you have a unit to sell, please join Red Week and post there. Before you list your unit for Sale, please research pricing and price accordingly. The resale market is not usually the price we hold near and dear to our hearts. This will save you a lot of frustration as a seller.
I will continue with rentals for January with some new rules. If I cannot keep up with my part, I will refer everyone to Redweek and take rentals down. After all these years, this is not what I want to do but from the list each of you can see how it has become overwhelming.

In one email send Week Number, Unit Number, Dates, Price, Email & Phone.
If you do not respond to your posting, it will be removed.
If you do not notify me when you rent your unit, I will not post for you again.
